Sure itís not the best thing in the world, but holy shit you jealous comment whores need to lay the fuck off and go attack some of the lame ass furry shit that makes top favs. Dude its true you have made better, but who cares. Itís rather obvious that those who disliked it were rather jealous and felt youíre responsible for their lack of recognition; I think itís sad that they canít find a better way to let their jealousy out.
It's actually a great concept and idea, but there are some flaws in my opinion.
- Big sharp line in the left bottom, if rendered with an invisible background this wouldn't be a problem
- The render is nice, but should have had more detail for this idea.
- The render is jaggie on some parts.
- The center things shouldn't have been see through, but solid, with airbrushing on it, not under.
- The brushing looks really simple made, like its just a bunch of white stuff with a twirl over it.
- The blue is too much blue, and a bit overused blue, more to grey would have been better imo.
This is just my opinion though, it got many comments and fav's, so be proud of it, but with more time put into it, it would have been much better in my opinion
Sorry for the Dislike Deviation, but here are my reasons why
There are layer edges left unerased and visible everywhere. I have no idea how you could've missed this while you were working on it.
Some weird ugly color tint is visble throughout.
The white effects look awful, and provide no light occlusions. In other words, the lighting of the white is too localized, and not graduated enough throughout the whole and effecting other parts. Other than that, the white portion just doesn't look too good.
The models, while nice, are too scattered and random and do not flow with eachother well.... the spatial placement of them creates too much negative space.
Too much shadows.
The background is flat, drab, and offers no sense of spatial depth.
The overall piece lacks color contrast. Seems like you stacked layer copies and used the Multiply blending mode. It's just not working here.
The detail is hindered due to the lack of contrast, and overall its blurry.
I think this was created out of haste. More ample time should've been spent correcting obvious flaws. I am very displeased this made the daily top favorites, and I hope the comments here and above from others don't anger you, but to help make you better. Keep working and trying.
The main reason that is somewhat is that at some places the Pixels are clearly visible it's not bad at first glimps but later on things like that can be irritating sorry but overall a great achievement
